Virtual Soft Skills Training
Our virtual courses are engaging and interactive with a live instructor to lead real time discussions and answer questions immediately. These online classes can accommodate up to 20 participants from your company and are deigned to allow for full participant engagement and interaction. Virtual training can be held using an online meeting platform of your choice. Participants will need a laptop or desktop computer, internet service, webcam, microphone and ability to print in order to effectively engage in virtual training.
On-site Soft Skills Training
COVID-19 has changed the way we work and interact with others, but it hasn't changed our need for interactive learning experiences. Training Dynamics is committed to the health and well-being of our community and will take precautions to keep our customers safe during on-site workshops. On-site training is available to companies that are actively practicing protective measures to discourage the spread of Coronavirus.

Our on-site workshops include a deeper dive into the same topics that are available virtually but are held at a location of your choice. Face to face classes allow for engaging and interactive exercises that encourage relationship building and reinforce learning.
