What is Individual Leadership Coaching?
In many industries, we often see professionals that possess the technical skills, resources, and knowledge needed to simply perform their job. However, those same individuals are commonly held back by limiting beliefs, bad habits, and poor interpersonal skills. Leadership Coaching is a one-on-one focused growth track for those individuals. Coaches work collaboratively and form an unbiased partnership to help them identify and overcome the areas that are preventing them from reaching their professional goals and objectives.
It's important to remember that a coach won't be solving the problems for them, but instead gives them the tools that they'll need to find solutions and commit to whatever actions may be needed to move forward with their goals.
So, how does this work? As previously mentioned, coaching is a one-on-one experience, and it's customized per client. We evaluate the needs of the individual, come up with a plan, and start executing it. Coaching is done in one hour sessions, and we believe a minimum of 6 sessions is needed to see results.
These sessions can be done virtually, in person, or both depending on what the client needs. Sessions can occur as often as needed for development by the individual; which could be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Extra sessions can be added after the first 6 have been completed, if the individual feels the need to dive deeper into one or more of the topics, or reinforce what they've already learned.
