Peggy is dedicated to making sure your training experience is everything you expect it to be and more. During your classes, she provides opportunities for you to exchange ideas and gain insight from your peers, many of whom face similar challenges.
Peggy Ward has almost 20 years of experience facilitating hands-on, instructor led classroom and virtual training in software applications as well as personal and professional development.
As a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Peggy has educated thousands of professionals in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Office 365. She also conducts training in programming languages such as VBA and SQL. She has an ability to set a classroom of people at ease and explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals in an easy to follow method.
Peggy has a passion for personal and professional growth, and has had many opportunities to facilitate workshops and speak on topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Resolving Conflict, Time Management, and Coping with Change.
Her interest in helping others, as well as her drive for excellence, knowledge and growth have made her an outstanding teacher, mentor and motivator. She is a dynamic speaker and presenter and can quickly put a room full of strangers at ease with her warm and friendly personality.
